The invention discloses an exhaust fan of a flush toilet. The exhaust fan is characterized in that a hole is formed in the position, on one side of a toilet seat, of the upper rear portion of the flush toilet and penetrates through a toilet body of the flush toilet, the lower opening of a hopper made of ordinary plastic is inserted into the hole, the upper opening of the hopper is provided with a buckle, and a mini electric fan with an on-off switch is clamped in the buckle of the upper opening of the hopper and stably fixed.
