The invention discloses a rainwater split-flow device. The rainwater split-flow device comprises a shell, a water inlet pipe, a split-flow pipe, a water outlet pipe and a rotating part. The water inlet pipe is connected to the top of the shell, a split-flow outlet is formed in the center of the bottom surface of the shell and connected with the split-flow pipe, a water outlet is formed in the side, opposite to a water inlet, of the bottom surface of the shell and connected with the water outlet pipe, a rotating shaft is arranged at the axis position of the U-shaped lower semicircle of the shell and connectively sleeves the rotating part which rotates around the rotating shaft, the lower end of the rotating part contacts with the inner wall of the bottom of the shell in a hermetically watertight manner, a lower space of the shell is divided into a split-flow area and a water outlet area by the rotating part, and a stopper for stopping the rotating part from being beyond the water outlet is arranged at the upper end of the water outlet. The rainwater split-flow device at the initial stage of a rainwater collection system has the advantages of no power consumption, no electricity use, no power, low maintenance cost, good split-flow effect and the like.
