The invention relates to a bent assembled-type shearing-resistant buckling-restrained energy consuming device and belongs to the technical field of structural engineering. The device comprises at least two limbs (1) and at least one cap (2), the limbs (1) and the caps (2) are in rigid connection, and the caps (2) are detachable. The device is used for lateral force resisting systems of high-rise buildings, can provide lateral resisting rigidity and lateral resisting force when being used normally and can form limb-end plastic hinge regions at multiple limb-cap joints under action of a great earthquake so as to effectively consume energy. Lateral resisting rigidity and energy consuming performance of the device can be adjusted by adjusting section and number of the limbs and number of the caps. Assembled mounting, adjustable mounting, local demounting and replacing after action of the great earthquake, redesigning and reusing of the device can be realized by demounting and mounting the limbs and the caps. The device is flexible in structure, convenient to construct and reasonable in stress and has good technical and economic benefit.
