The invention discloses a building pipe with diaphragms. The building pipe comprises a building pipe body, and the diaphragms are arranged in the building pipe body. The outer walls of the diaphragms are closely matched with the inner wall of the building pipe body, and the transverse sections of the diaphragms are of impeller shapes. According to the invention, the diaphragms are arranged in the building pipe body so that the pipe wall can be well supported and the mechanical strength and the flexural behavior of the building pipe can be well improved. The outer walls of the diaphragms are closely matched with the inner wall of the building pipe body, the diaphragms of a certain thickness are bonded to the building pipe body, and therefore the acting force in any direction is increased and the stress performance of the building pipe body is improved. Due to interaction between the diaphragms, the stability of the part, between the diaphragms, of the building pipe body is guaranteed; due to interaction between the diaphragms and the pipe wall closely matched with the diaphragms, various properties, especially the flexural behavior of the pipe are improved; due to the fact that the transverse sections of the diaphragms are of the impeller shapes, the ventilation function is achieved, and pipe wall deformation caused by pressure change in the pipe due to the environment temperature difference can be avoided.
