Disclosed is an angle-variable photovoltaic power generation functional roof with a storage water heating system. A wall is arranged at the lower end of the roof, an inner cavity of a mounting groove is provided with a solar cell panel, a groove is formed in the bottom of the inner cavity of the mounting groove, a lifting oil cylinder is electrically connected with a controller which is arranged on the lateral side of the wall, the solar cell panel is electrically connected with an inverter which is electrically connected with a storage cell, both the inverter and the storage cell are arranged in an inner cavity of the roof, a water tank is arranged in an inner cavity of the wall, a water inlet and a water outlet are formed in the left side and the right side of the water tank respectively and penetratingly arranged on the left side face and the right side face respectively, and an electric heating wire is arranged at the lower end of the water tank and electrically connected with the storage cell and the controller. The angle-variable photovoltaic power generation functional roof is high in solar energy utilization efficiency, can utilize photovoltaic power generation to heat water and is convenient to use and wide in application range. The electric heating water tank is designed in the inner cavity of the wall, so that the problem of freezing of a water tank of a conventional solar water heater in winter is solved while service life of a solar water heating system is prolonged.
