The invention provides a wall surface decorating plate and a wall surface decorating method, and belongs to the field of upholstery. The wall surface decorating plate comprises keels and wall tiles; the keels comprise a plurality of transverse keels and a plurality of vertical keels; the transverse keels are distributed at intervals in the transverse direction; the vertical keels are distributed at intervals in the vertical direction and are fixedly connected with the transverse keels; one side of each keel is fixedly adhered to a wall surface; and the wall tiles are adhered to the other sides of the keels. According to the wall surface decorating plate and the wall surface decorating method, the keels are arranged on the wall surface, and the wall tiles are adhered to the keels. The wall tiles which are mounted by the method are orderly, and arching and warping can be avoided. Moreover, the mounting efficiency of the wall surface decorating method is much higher than that of the traditional mounting mode.
