The invention discloses a waste treatment passage for high-rise building construction and a construction method for the waste treatment passage. The waste treatment passage comprises an air shaft (1) arranged by the aid of a shear wall (2). A retaining plate (6) is arranged at each floor of a building on one side of the air shaft (1). The retaining plates (6) and the shear wall (2) enclose a vertical waste passage. A discharge bucket (7) inclining down is arranged on each retaining plate (6). A residue collection tank (4) is arranged at the bottom end of the air shaft (1). A lower end port of the residue collection tank (4) is communicated with the ground through a slide. The waste treatment passage is convenient to mount and quickly implement and replaces an elevator-based waste transporting method used in existing high-rise building construction, so that construction cost and construction period can be saved; the whole passage is a closed passage, thus raised dust and noise generated in waste treatment is effectively avoided and green construction is achieved.
