Slotting and glue-sealing process of building forms
The invention provides a slotting and glue-sealing process of building forms, comprising: placing a plurality of building forms in order on a conveying line with reinforcing rib faces facing up; conveying the building forms to a slotting station; retaining and positioning the building forms arriving at the slotting station, with their sides and faces clamped; dragging, by a manipulator, a slotting tool to automatically and orderly slot connecting frames on the periphery of each building form, in the width and length directions of the building form, respectively, and meanwhile removing cuttings; continuously conveying the building forms forward to a gluing station, and positioning them; clamping, by a manipulator with a claw, the building forms orderly, and applying base coat to the bottom of each of the slots in the periphery of the building forms, and drying the building forms; gluing, by a robot, the base-coated slots in the building forms for sealing; automatically stacking, by a stacking manipulator, the glued building forms. The process has the advantages that the problems caused by mortar leakage of the building forms are solved, the service lives of the building forms are prolonged and work efficiency is improved.
