The invention discloses a nuclear power plant main house body for preventing nuclear proliferation pollution. The main house body comprises a wall body and a roof which are separately formed by pouring of concrete, wherein the concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100-200 parts of cement, 100-200 parts of sand, 100-300 parts of gravel and 100-200 parts of nano-fibers; the inner surface or the outer surface of the wall body is provided with a coating, and the coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100-200 parts of nano-fibers and 50-100 parts of cement, wherein the diameter of the nano-fibers are 30-100 nm and the length of the nano-fibers is 28-45 nm; the thickness of the wall body is 200-500 cm; and the thickness of the coating is 3-10 mm. The nuclear power plant main house body disclosed by the invention has the characteristics that the nuclear power plant main house body is low in construction cost and high in safety coefficient and is convenient and rapid; and especially, proliferation of nuclear power plant nuclear pollution can be prevented in a short time, and a buffer period for nuclear pollution prevention and treatment is provided for working personnel.
