The invention discloses a synchronous belt pretensioner. The synchronous belt pretensioner comprises a base and a belt wheel shaft, and further comprises a screw. A kidney-shaped hole is formed in the end, facing the closing direction of a door leaf, of the base. The belt wheel shaft is arranged in the kidney-shaped hole movably but not rotationally. The lower end of the belt wheel shaft is exposed out of the lower portion of the base. The screw fixes the belt wheel shaft to the base. It doesn't matter whether a top-mounted aluminum alloy guide rail is embedded in a ceiling or a decorative board is installed around an aluminum alloy guide. In the use process, the belt wheel shaft moves in the kidney-shaped hole left and right by directly pushing the part, exposed out of the lower portion of the base, of the lower end of the belt wheel shaft, synchronous belt adjustment is achieved, then the screw is used for fixing the belt wheel shaft, an operator can directly face the device to carry out adjustment, the operation space is large, operation is convenient and simple, and a synchronous belt can be pretightened and adjusted anytime and anywhere. The invention further provides a long base comprising the synchronous belt pretensioner and a synchronous multi-door-leaf sliding door.
