Outer clamping grooves and inner clamping grooves are formed in the adjacent surfaces of an outer frame and an inner frame, a first thermal insulation strip and a second thermal insulation strip are arranged between the outer clamping grooves and the inner clamping grooves, a first left sealing groove and a first right sealing groove are formed in the two sides of the end, located in the outer clamping groove, of the first thermal insulation strip respectively, a second left sealing groove and a second right sealing groove are formed in the two sides of the end, located in the outer clamping groove, of the second thermal insulation strip respectively, a first left sealing strip is embedded into the first left sealing groove, a first right sealing strip is embedded into the first right sealing groove, a second left sealing strip is embedded into the second left sealing groove, a second right sealing strip is embedded into the second right sealing groove, a plurality of first through holes are formed in the first thermal insulation strip, a plurality of second through holes are formed in the second thermal insulation strip, first springs are arranged in the first through holes, and second springs are arranged in the second through holes. According to the structure, the novel thermal insulation aluminum alloy window mullion has the advantages of being simple and firm in structure and good in thermal insulation performance and sealing performance.
