The invention relates to a hinge for doors, formed by a base body (3) having a flat surface (4) for joining same to the upper or lower base of the furniture using adhesive or screws, and a circular cavity (8) into which the upper or lower edge (2A) of the door is inserted directly, by means of the insertion of a suitably dimensioned projection (9) from the door or using a cylindrical rotating part (11). The cylindrical rotating part (11) may be an independent part or a part solidly connected to the end of the upper and lower edges (2A) of the door (2) or it may form part of the door. The edge of the base body (3) of the hinge (1) includes a recess (13) in which an aligned projection (14) from the door is press-fitted in order to close the door.
