The invention discloses a recycled aggregate concrete performance improvement method. The method comprises 1, improving recycled concrete strength, 2, improving recycled concrete durability and 3, adding an active admixture and an additive into the recycled concrete. Waste and old material regeneration and recycle have many advantages and save a natural resource especially in an aggregate deficient region. Cement particles which are not completely hydrated are used in waste and old concrete and can stimulate further concrete reaction. The recycled aggregate can reduce a cement use amount, reduce cement production-caused pollution and produce huge benefits in road bridge construction and civil buildings by use of recycled stone.
