The invention discloses foam cement pile material composition and a preparation method thereof. The composition comprises cement, sodium dodecyl sulfate, protein hydrolysate, magnesium alginate, feathers, river sand, silicon dioxide and water; in terms of 100 parts by weight of the cement, the composition comprises 10-20 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 1-5 parts of the protein hydrolysate, 1-5 parts of magnesium alginate, 10-30 parts of the feathers, 10-50 parts of the river sand, 1-10 parts of silicon dioxide and 50-100 parts of the water. According to the design, the lighter feathers are added to the cement and matched with other raw materials, so that the cement pile has higher use strength while guaranteeing the physical and chemical property of lightness, and the problem of high probability of cracking due to too light materials is solved.
