The invention discloses high-abrasion-resistance insulation mortar. The high-abrasion-resistance insulation mortar consists of following raw materials in part by weight: 35 to 45 parts of sulfoaluminate cement, 20 to 30 parts of ordinary silicate cement, 5 to 10 parts of phosphorus gypsum, 15 to 20 parts of zircon sand, 8 to 12 parts of nano boric nitride, 10 to 15 parts of barium sulfate superfine powder, 5 to 10 parts of nano feldspar, 2 to 3 parts of vinyl acetate and ethylene co-polymerization rubber powder, 1.5 to 2.5 parts of sodium gluconate, 2 to 3 parts of lignocelluloses, 1 to 2 parts of calcium sulfate, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of sodium polyacrylate, 0.4 to 0.8 parts of beta-naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate and 4 to 7 parts of composite packing. The high-abrasion-resistance insulation mortar is good in abrasion resistance, high in adhesion strength, good in crack resistance and capable of effectively solving the problems of the traditional insulation mortar such as fracturing, abrasion, large-scale stripping and the like, has good insulation property, weather resistance, water resistance, mobility, chemical stability, impact resistance and construction performance, is durable and has vast market prospect.
