Fiber-reinforced light-weight building composite material and preparation process
The invention relates to a fiber-reinforced light-weight building composite material. The composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 to 80 parts of gypsum powder, 20 to 30 parts of expanded vermiculite powder, 20 to 40 parts of water saturated polyester resin, 20 to 40 parts of micro-porous calcium silicate, 3 to 8 parts of glass fibers, 2 to 10 parts of asbestos wool, 0.3 to 1 part of polypropylene short fibers and 4 to 12 parts of lignin fibers. The building composite material is structurally reinforced by adopting organic and inorganic fibers, the inorganic light-weight high-strength insulation material is used as a basic material, the water saturated polyester resin is used for accelerating the curing forming, and the obtained building composite material has advantages of light weight, high strength and good comprehensive performance.
