The invention relates to a preparation method of molybdenum disilicide/silicon carbide/boron carbide three phase strength composite ceramic. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out compression molding on MoSi2, C and B4C elemental powders, adjusting the vacuum degree, carrying out Si melt infiltration, and sintering to obtain the MoSi2/SiC/B4C three phase strength composite ceramic. The porosity of the obtained material is 10% or less, and the strength is greater than 180MPa. The method supplements the kind of present high temperature anti-oxidation strength materials, and the composite material has higher strength than present high temperature ceramics in high anti-oxidation performance environment, and has improved utilization values after process optimization. The method has the advantages of simple technology and scale production.
