Cassava root pulp air-added brick and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a cassava root pulp air-added brick which is prepared by the following raw materials: siliceousearth, cullet, cement, medical stone, propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, lime, shell powder, cassava root pulp, chlorosulfonated polyethene, rubber powder, white wax oil, aluminum powder, hydrated lime and chelating agents. Compared with the prior art, the cassava root pulp air-added brick has the advantages that the raw materials of the air-added brick are prepared reasonably, in a preparation process, the different raw materials are classified and reacted and then are combined to produce, a good synergistic effect of the raw materials is guaranteed, the inside of the prepared air-added brick has a tiny air hole structure, effects of capillary tubes of the air-added brick are weakened, water permeability is reduced, meanwhile, an impact force dispersing effect is improved, cassawa meal is processed into cassava pulp which is uniformly dispersed in mixing pulp, a caking property is improved, and an anti-seismic effect is good.
