The invention discloses a noise-lowering shock absorption track. The noise-lowering shock absorption track comprises a track trackbed, sleepers and ballasts, wherein a shock absorption device is arranged between the sleepers and the ballasts; the shock absorption device comprises a shock absorption plate and a shock absorption pad, the shock absorption plate is arranged on a bearing position at two sides of the sleeper, and a U-shaped notch for storing the rubber shock absorption pad is formed in one side of the shock absorption plate; the shock absorption pad comprises a damp-proof layer which is laid in the U-shaped notch and a rubber shock absorption pad which is arranged on the damp-proof layer, the rubber shock absorption pad is tightly pressed in the notch by virtue of two limiting pieces, and the limiting pieces are fixed on the shock absorption plate by virtue of screws. By adopting the noise-lowering shock absorption track, the detection efficiency can be improved.
