The invention provides a multifunctional extractor for a GLC turnout eccentric bush, and aims at solving the problems that the eccentric bush is easily damaged, cannot be repeatedly utilized, is relatively large in extraction difficulty when the eccentric bush skews, and even damages a concrete sleeper in the traditional eccentric bush extraction mode. According to the scheme, the multifunctional extractor comprises a screw rod/lead screw, a drawing part, a lifting part and a support frame, wherein the drawing part and the screw rod/lead screw are in thread-transmitted fit; the lifting part and the screw rod/lead screw are in thread-transmitted fit; the support frame and the lifting part form circumference orientation; the support frame forms a support structure on the screw rod/lead screw; a plurality of expanded screws are arranged at the end part, which is matched with the eccentric bush, of the lifting part; a clamping bump which protrudes on the outer edge and is in a flange form is arranged at the end part of each expanded screw; the drawing part and the corresponding support frame are in rotational fit. According to the multifunctional extractor for the GLC turnout eccentric bush, the construction efficiency of the eccentric bush in the high-speed rail concrete sleeper can be improved; the high-speed rail eccentric bush is not damaged; bolt holes of the high-speed rail concrete sleeper are not damaged; the construction cost is reduced; the labor intensity of a worker is greatly relieved.
