The invention discloses an asphalt pavement in-situ heat regenerator with an asphalt smoke dust recycling function. The asphalt pavement in-situ heat regenerator comprises a new material adding device, a regenerated material collecting device, a regenerated material layering heating device and a regeneration waste smoke dust recycling device. The new material adding device and the regenerated material collecting device are respectively used for providing new asphalt mixtures and pavement regenerated materials for the regenerated material layering heating device; the regenerated material layering heating device comprises a plurality of layers of heating mixing vats, the heating mixing vats are vertically arranged, mixing augers are arranged in the heating mixing vats, heating plate layers are arranged on the outer sides of the heating mixing vats, and discharge outlets of the upper-layer heating mixing vats are communicated with feed inlets of the lower-layer adjacent heating mixing vats; the regenerated waste smoke dust recycling device comprises a combustor, the regenerated material layering heating device is connected with the combustor by a hot air delivery pipeline, and the combustor is connected with pavement heating plates by a hot air delivery pipeline. The asphalt pavement in-situ heat regenerator has the advantages that ultimate paving roller compaction temperatures can be increased, and the problem of unorganized emission of waste asphalt smoke dust of the traditional regeneration units can be solved.
