The invention relates to an oil suction dragging railing. The oil suction dragging railing is low in cost and good in holding effect, secondary leakage is avoided to the maximum extent, and the oil suction dragging railing can be suitable for dragging work. The oil suction dragging railing comprises a plurality of oil suction floaters and a rope connected with the oil suction floaters in series, and each oil suction floater comprises a center guide pipe, a first floater body, a second floater body, oil suction cotton and a screen. The first floater bodies and the second floater bodies are in the shape of a hemi-toroidal column, and wrap the center guide pipes after being closed. The first floater bodies and the second floater bodies are covered with the oil suction cotton, and then the oil suction cotton is fixed through the screens. The oil suction cotton is arranged on the column faces and end faces of the oil suction floaters, after the oil suction floaters are tightly connected in series, the clearances between the floaters are small, and the oil suction cotton is arranged in the clearances, so that oil dirt in a defined water area is not likely to disperse outside.
