The invention discloses a complex anchored-plate retaining wall and a construction method thereof. The complex anchored-plate retaining wall comprises a retaining wall body, a plurality of anchoring systems and filler, wherein the filler is filled at one side of the retaining wall body, the anchoring systems are distributed at different heights of the filler, and the retaining wall body and the filler are connected so as to keep the retaining wall body stable; each anchoring system comprises an anchor rope body, a plurality of anchor plates and grouting, each anchor rope body comprises an anchor head fixedly arranged on the retaining wall body and an anchor rope embedded in the filler, the corresponding anchor plates are fixedly arranged on each anchor rope, and the grouting is cast on the anchor rope of a segment close to the retaining wall body. The complex anchored-plate retaining wall disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the synergetic effect of all components can be fully utilized, the number of anchor plates required in the same vertical cross section is minimized, the construction is simple and convenient, and materials are saved; meanwhile, the disadvantage that the supporting and retaining capacity is poor and the disadvantage that anchored-plate retaining walls are complicated in construction are avoided.
