The inversely-pourable well cover comprises a well seat and a well cover body, and is characterized in that the well cover body comprises an upper cover plate and a lower cover plate, the outer circular surface of the lower cover plate is matched with the inner circular surface of the well seat, and the upper cover plate is matched with the upper surface of the well seat in a contacting manner; a plurality of counter-bores are formed in the well cover, and the height of a large hole of the counter-bore is greater than a distance from the lower end surface of the well cover to the upper end surface of the well seat after the well cover is installed; a screw is arranged in each counter-bore, and the lower end of the screw is matched with the well seat in a threading manner; a through hole is formed in the well cover, a guide rod is arranged in the through hole, the upper end of the guide rod is provided with a handle, the lower end of the guide rod is provided with a supporting plate, and the length of the guide rod is greater than that of the through hole of the well cover; a groove which is matched with the handle is formed in the well cover corresponding to through hole. By adopting the well cover, pedestrians can be prevented from falling into a well.
