Drop-proof manhole cover
The invention discloses a drop-proof manhole cover. The drop-proof manhole cover consists of a manhole cover seat mounted at the upper end of a manhole and a manhole cover body mounted on the manhole cover seat, wherein a plurality of identical clamping grooves are formed in the inner-ring wall of the manhole cover seat; a plurality of clamping openings are formed at the outer-ring edge of the manhole cover body 3; the clamping openings and the clamping grooves 4 on the inner-ring wall of the manhole cover seat are corresponding in both size and number. During installation, the manhole cover body and the manhole cover seat can be reliably fixed so long as the manhole cover body is rotated to clamp the clamping openings of the manhole cover body in the clamping grooves on the inner-ring wall of the manhole cover seat. The drop-proof manhole cover adopting the technical scheme is simple in structure and convenient to mount and maintain, and prevents personal injuries or property loss, caused by separation of the manhole cover body from the manhole cover seat.
