The invention belongs to the field of construction engineering and discloses a totally-prefabricated concrete structure comprising components such as columns, beams, plates, walls and the like which are prefabricated in engineering as well as an on-site assembling method. The components are prefabricated in factories and welded through steel structures or connected through bolts on site. The exposed steel structures are covered with fire-proof materials according to the designed fire-proof level. The construction system can realize standard operation, guarantee the quality of the components, reduce environmental noise as well as sound and light pollution, reduce the influence of seasonal factors on construction, avoid construction difficulties that vertical components and horizontal components have inconsistent strength grades, the concrete density cannot be guaranteed due to the fact that reinforcing steel bars at joints of the columns and the beams are too dense and the like during on-site casting construction, greatly shorten the overhead working time, increase construction safety, save a large quantity of labor force and save a lot of formworks.
