The invention provides an expanded and vitrified small ball heat-preservation building block and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The building block solves the problem that existing building blocks are not tight in sealing. The expanded and vitrified small ball heat-preservation building block comprises a hollow frame structure block body, the block body comprises a top plate, a bottom plate, a left side plate and a right plate, the top plate and the bottom plate are parallel, the left side plate and the right side plate are parallel, a connection rib parallel to the top plate and the bottom plate is vertically connected between the left side plate and the right side plate, the left side plate is provided with a first strip-shaped through hole and a second strip-shaped through hole which are perpendicular to each other, the left side plate is further provided with a third round through hole, the axis of the third round through hole passes through the intersection point of the first through hole and the second through hole, and the left side plate and the right side plate are identical in structure. The building block further comprises a first steel plate and a second steel plate which are vertically connected in a staggered mode. The first steel plate and the second steel plate are inserted into the first through hole and the second through hole respectively. When a wall is built, the corresponding hollow parts of two adjacent block bodies are communicated, heat-preserving sand in the hollow parts can be connected inside, and the heat-preserving and sealing effects are better.
