The invention discloses a production method of a precast slab. The production method is characterized in that: rebar of the precast slab is banded by adopting the prior art; during precast slab pouring, boss templates are mounted on the two sides of the precast slab; after the precast slab is poured, bosses are formed at the two ends of the precast slab, so that the precast slab body has a Z-shaped or T-shaped cross section. According to the precast slab and the production method thereof, the design is ingenious, during field mounting of the precast slabs, the width among the precast slabs can be adjusted through the bosses without influencing connection of the precast slabs under the condition that the size is controlled to be a certain value, so that the on-site cutting amount of the precast slabs is greatly decreased, damage to the precast slabs is reduced or avoided, and mounting is facilitated; the contact area among the precast slabs is enlarged through the bosses, and the connection strength is improved.
