The invention discloses a crab-type fastener. The crab-type fastener is simple in structure, the box embedded into the thermal-insulation decoration board is utilized for solving the problem that the thermal-insulation decoration board is likely to fall in installing, the stability of the thermal-insulation decoration board is improved, and the thermal-insulation decoration board is safer and more reliable in the processes of installing and using.
