The invention discloses a method and trapezoidal mold for adjusting elevation of an aluminum alloy formwork. The trapezoidal mold is a double-row trapezoidal mold formed by connecting two single trapezoidal molds through at least two connecting rods. The two single trapezoidal molds are parallel. The single trapezoidal molds are of a big end up inverted-trapezoid-shaped structure. Before the aluminum alloy formwork is mounted, a trapezoidal groove is manufactured in a structural floor in advance, the groove is adopted as space for adjusting the elevation of the aluminum alloy formwork when the aluminum alloy formwork is mounted, the aluminum alloy formwork is closely attached to the structural floor, and therefore the clearance between the aluminum alloy formwork and the structural floor is removed, and the slurry leakage phenomenon of the aluminum alloy formwork is avoided.
