Process for reinforcing high-strength epoxy-steel wire mesh structure block
The invention discloses a process for reinforcing a high-strength epoxy-steel wire mesh structure block. According to the process, field grouting reinforcement treatment is performed for the structure block. The process comprises the following steps: A) arranging a formwork on the surface of a processed structure, and laying an isolating layer on the inner side of the formwork; B) placing an embossing woven steel fabric embedded part serving as a reinforcement body in the formwork; C) pouring high-strength, high-temperature resistant and high-fluidity epoxy resin grouting materials in the formwork, wherein the sectional reinforcement ratio is 1%; and D) after epoxy resin curing, removing the formwork to finish reinforcement operation. According to the process, not only are the high strength and high temperature resistant characteristics of the epoxy resin grouting materials maintained, but also the toughness of the materials is improved obviously, reinforcement treatment is performed on reinforcing bar concrete or prestressed concrete beams with structure bearing capacity weakened increasingly, the normal use load of the reinforcing bar concrete or prestressed concrete beams is recovered and improved, and the tensile limiting strain of the reinforcing bar concrete or prestressed concrete beams is improved.
