The invention relates to a method for intelligent detection of opening of a bedroom window at night. The method comprises the steps as follows: (1) an infrared detection-based operation platform for the opening of the bedroom window at night is provided; the operation platform comprises infrared imaging equipment, infrared indoor image processing equipment, window opening control equipment and an AT89C51 single chip microcomputer; the infrared imaging equipment is used for shooting the inside of the bedroom to obtain an infrared indoor image; the infrared indoor image processing equipment is connected with the infrared imaging equipment and is used for carrying out image processing on the infrared indoor image; the AT89C51 single chip microcomputer is connected with the infrared indoor image processing equipment, and is used for controlling an opening mode of the window opening control equipment to the bedroom window on the basis of the image processing result of the infrared indoor image processing equipment; and (2) detection is carried out by virtue of the operation platform. Through the method, the opening state of the bedroom window can be automatically controlled according to the sweating condition of a human body in the bedroom and the outdoor wind speed at night.
