The invention discloses a user-friendly electric double-open door of a paint spray booth. The electric double-open door comprises a door frame arranged on a wall, wherein a first upper slide track, a second upper slide track, a third upper slide track and a fourth upper slide track are arranged at the upper end of the door frame sequentially from left to right; a first lower slide track, a second lower slide track, a third lower slide track and a fourth lower slide track which are in one-to-one correspondence with the first upper slide track, the second upper slide track, the third upper slide track and the fourth upper slide track are arranged at the lower end of the door frame sequentially from left to right; a first door sheet, a second door sheet, a third door sheet and a fourth door sheet are glidingly arranged in the door frame sequentially from left to right; a chain tensioning mechanism is arranged on the other side of the upper end of the door frame; fourth inner angle steel pieces are arranged at two ends of the inner side of the fourth door sheet respectively; wall outer angle steel pieces matched with two first inner angle steel pieces and the two fourth inner angle steel pieces are arranged on two sides of the wall respectively.
