The invention discloses a clamp which is suitable for taking of an auto part shelf and capable of enhancing the ascending ladder stability, in particular to an ascending ladder clamp for an auto part shelf. The ascending ladder clamp comprises two positioning clamps and a transversal pipe; each positioning clamp comprises a supporting plate with an arc-shaped notch, hanging plates arranged on two sides of the supporting plate, as well as a positioning plate and a positioning screw rod which are arranged on the supporting plate, an arc-shaped groove for forming an clamping hole together with the corresponding arc-shaped notch is formed in the positioning plate, the positioning plate is clamped and fixed by the positioning screw rod and a lock nut, the middle part of the positioning screw rod penetrates to an opening, the other end of the positioning screw rod is hinged to a base end of a second end part, the lock nut is arranged at the other end of the positioning screw rod, and the other end of the positioning plate is clamped between the lock nut and a base end of the positioning screw rod. Through the adoption of the clamp, a defect that positioning of a grillage-shaped ladder and the auto part shelf is unstable in the prior art is overcome, and the ascending ladder clamp which is free of damage to the grillage-shaped ladder and the auto part shelf during disassembly.
