The invention provides a supporting structure in an LED floor tile screen and the LED floor tile screen. The supporting structure is used for mounting of a plurality of LED screen bodies, and comprises a plurality of 8-shaped brackets, a plurality of first connecting pieces and a plurality of second connecting pieces, wherein two LED screen bodies are detachably mounted on the front end surface of each 8-shaped bracket; the 8-shaped brackets are arranged in rows and lines in a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; in the first direction, every two adjacent 8-shaped brackets are detachably connected with each other through two first connecting pieces; in the second direction, every two adjacent 8-shaped brackets are detachably connected with each other through two second connecting pieces. The supporting structure in the LED floor tile screen is simple in structure, fast in disassembly, assembly and transportation, and high in flexibility; the area of the LED floor tile screen can be adjusted temporarily according to site requirements instead of being preset by the supporting structure in the LED floor tile screen, so that the use is convenient.
