Tensioning device for steel bars for fixing elevator guide rail bracket
The invention provides a tensioning device for steel bars of an elevator guide rail rack. The tensioning device comprises a rack, a fixed end and a movable end, wherein the fixed end and the movable end are arranged on the rack; a fixing device is arranged at each of the fixed end and the movable end; each fixing device comprises a fixing seat and a plurality of arc-shaped clamping pieces; the arc-shaped clamping pieces are uniformly arranged in the fixing seats; one ends of the arc-shaped clamping pieces are fixedly connected with the fixing seats and the other ends of the arc-shaped clamping pieces are movable ends; and elastic elements prop against the arc-shaped clamping pieces so as to enable the arc-shaped clamping pieces to be wrapped at the free ends of prestressed steel bars. Through arranging the arc-shaped clamping pieces propped against by the elastic elements, the fixing of steels bars is realized; since the arc-shaped clamping pieces wrap the steel bars, the stressed area is large, the intensifying and fixing effect is good, the operation is convenient and the working efficiency is high; and meanwhile, when the movable end of the tensioning machine moves towards the direction far away from or close to the fixed end, the fixing devices can firmly and tightly clamp the free ends of the prestressed steel bars and quickly releases the free ends of the prestressed steel bars.
