Method for production of ferronickel residue-slag composite powder by vertical mill grinding
The invention relates to a method for production of ferronickel residue-slag composite powder by vertical mill grinding. The method is characterized by: mixing ferronickel residue obtained by a ferronickel residue metal removal pretreatment step and slag obtained by a slag metal removal pretreatment step respectively through a respective constant feeder according to a weight ratio of 1.5-2:8.5-8, then spraying a grind-aiding reinforcing agent, and sending the mixture into a vertical mill to conduct grinding directly. The method provided by the invention has the advantages that: the ferronickel residue and slag are subjected to pretreatment, after mixing the pretreated ferronickel residue and slag according to proportion, a certain amount of reinforcing grinding aid is added, then the mixture is sent into the domestic vertical mill to directly perform grinding for production of ferronickel slag composite powder by cooperating corresponding equipment and technological parameters, simplifies the traditional ferronickel slag composite powder production steps, improves the uniformity of ferronickel slag composite powder, and reduces the production energy consumption and cost.
