The invention relates to the field of building materials, particularly pozzolanic silicate cement. The cement is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50-75 parts of cement clinker, 1-2 parts of gypsum and 20-50 parts of a pozzolanic mixed material. By adopting the technical proportioning scheme, the prepared pozzolanic silicate cement can be used in engineering without a pressure-braise test and the strength and other heat-resistant and antifreeze properties of the tested cement can be ensured.
