The invention discloses a forced gypsum aging and homogenizing device. The forced gypsum aging and homogenizing device comprises a barrel (1). A gas distributing plate (2) is arranged in the barrel (1). A spraying movement pipe (3) is connected to the lower portion of the gas distributing plate (2). A guide pipe (4) is arranged above the gas distributing plate (2). The two ends of the guide pipe (4) are sleeved with sleeves (5). A feeding opening (6) is formed in the top of the barrel (1). A discharging opening (7) is formed in the lateral side of the top end of the barrel (1). A gas inlet (8) is formed in the lateral side of the bottom end of the barrel (1). According to the forced gypsum aging and homogenizing device, materials are combined with wet hot gas flow sprayed by the spraying movement pipe in the guide pipe, and inner circulation is formed to carry out aging and homogenizing; the ratio of gas and solid inside and outside the guide pipe is adjusted by adjusting connection of the sleeves and the guide pipe. The forced gypsum aging and homogenizing device has the advantages that occupied area is small, and aging and homogenizing energy consumption and cost are low; the aging and homogenizing effect and aging and homogenizing efficiency can be further improved, and the materials can be conveniently and emergently discharged and collected.
