Concrete synergist and preparing method thereof
The invention discloses concrete synergist and a preparing method thereof. The concrete synergist is prepared from, by weight, 20-40 parts of hydramine, 6-12 parts of alcohol, 5-10 parts of inorganic salt, 4-12 parts of phosphonic acid, 0.05-0.3 part of air entraining agent, 0.01-0.05 part of organic silicon defoamer, 0.01-0.05 part of foam stabilizer and 35-60 parts of water. The hydramine is one or two of mono-ethanol diisopropanolamine, amino ethylethanolamine and N,N-diethyl propanolamine, the alcohol is at least one of diethylene glycol and 1,5-pentanediol, and the inorganic salt is potassium pyrophosphate or sodium pyrophosphate. The concrete synergist is uniform in dispersion, simple in process, free of pollution, low in energy consumption, easy to produce industrially, and capable of effectively improving workability and slump keeping performance of concrete and enhancing strength of the concrete, and a concrete synergist finished product is nontoxic. By reducing the usage amount of cement, the hydration reaction efficiency of the cement in the concrete is effectively promoted.
