The autoclaved aerated concrete composite building block comprises a low-density autoclaved sand and aerated concrete building block; one or two kinds of autoclaved sand and aerated concrete building blocks at the B05-B07 level are arranged on the two sides of the low-density autoclaved sand and aerated concrete building block respectively; the contact faces of the autoclaved sand and aerated concrete building blocks at the B05-B07 level and the low-density autoclaved sand and aerated concrete building block are combined into a whole through self bonding force; firstly, partition plates are fixed in a mold according to the required size, and low-density autoclaved sand and aerated concrete building blocks are poured in every two partition boards, pre-cured and hardened; autoclaved sand and aerated concrete building blocks at the B05-B07 level are poured between the two sides of each partition plate, the partition plates are removed, and pre-curing is performed; cutting is performed according to the size; the building blocks are split in a severing mode and conveyed into a kettle to be subjected to high-temperature and high-pressure steam-curing, and finished products are prepared. The autoclaved sand and aerated concrete composite building block and heat-preserving plates can be composited and formed at a time, construction is convenient, raw materials are saved, comprehensive price is low, meanwhile, the service life of heat-preserving materials is prolonged, and big progress is made in the aspect that heat preservation and a building are the same in service life.
