The invention discloses a foamed cement insulation board with a large mixing quantity of fibers. The foamed cement insulation board is prepared from cement, a pore structure modifier, a thickening time control agent, a waterproof agent, a water reducing agent, a cracking resisting component, a foaming agent, a foaming synergist and water, wherein the water-binder ratio ranges from 0.3 to 0.6. By mass, the pore structure modifier accounts for 0-4% of the cement, the thickening time control agent accounts for 0.1-12% of the cement, the waterproof agent accounts for 1-10% of the cement, the water reducing agent accounts for 0.05-0.5% of the cement, the cracking resisting component accounts for 1.5-4% of the cement, the foaming agent accounts for 8-12% of the cement, and the foaming synergist accounts for 0-10% of the cement. The cracking resisting component comprises PP fibers, PVA fibers, glass fibers and basalt fibers. By means of a step-by-step foaming preparing method of the foamed cement insulation board, the mixing quantity of the fibers can be greatly increased, so that the mechanical property of the insulation board is improved, and the prepared insulation board overcomes the technical defect that in the prior art, the tensile strength is low when the volume density of an insulation board is low; the insulation board is low in volume density, high in tensile strength and low in heat conduction coefficient.
