Self-compacting non-vibration concrete and preparation method of self-compacting concrete
The invention provides self-compacting non-vibration concrete and a preparation method. The self-compacting non-vibration concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: cement, stones, sand, water, fly ash, gypsum, vitrified microspheres, paraffin, polyvinyl alcohol, a polypropylene staple fiber, a polycarboxylate-type efficient water-reducing agent, an SM water-reducing agent, an SAP water-retaining agent, redispersable rubber powder, sodium carbonate, an EEA plasticity expansive agent, sodium gluconate powder and gelatin. The preparation method comprises the following steps: in a primary material feeding process, adding part of the stones into a material hopper, adding part of the cement and sand, and then adding part of the fly ash and remaining components except water; in a secondary material feeding process, adding the rest of the stones and sand as well as 70% of water for 10-20 seconds' stirring, adding the rest of the cement, fly ash and remaining components except water for 30 seconds' stirring, and finally adding the rest of water, namely 30% of water, for 60 seconds' stirring.
