Method for preparing light silico-calcium bricks and sulfuric acid through decomposing phosphogypsum
The invention relates to a method for preparing light silico-calcium bricks and sulfuric acid through decomposing phosphogypsum. The technical scheme is that the method comprises the following steps of taking 70-90wt percent of phosphogypsum and 10-30wt percent of fermented rice husk as raw materials; adding 1-4wt percent of binding agent, 1-2wt percent of perlite and 10-20wt percent of water; mixing for 10-15min to prepare a pug; performing compression moulding on the prepared pug under the condition of 10-40MPa; naturally drying; baking for 5-10h at the temperature of 110 DEG C to prepare a prefabricated part; catalyzing and decomposing the prepared prefabricated part under nitrogen atmosphere at the temperature of 800-1000DEG C to prepare the light silico-calcium bricks and sulfur dioxide gas; oxidizing and absorbing the prepared sulfur dioxide to obtain the sulfuric acid. The method is low in production cost, less in energy consumption and high in sulfur conversion rate; the tailings can be efficiently utilized to prepare the light silico-calcium bricks while the sulfuric acid is prepared through decomposing the phosphogypsum; the prepared light silico-calcium bricks are small in volume density, low in thermal conductivity and high in compression strength.
