According to the Sialon-bonded corundum composite pre-cast refractory member disclosed by the invention, a Fe-Sialon-corundum composite refractory with low production cost, good thermal shock stability, good toughness and the metal plastic phase is prepared by introducing quantitative ferro-silicon alloy powder and using optimized combination of the raw materials, reasonable particle size distribution and simple vibration casting method.
