The invention discloses blast furnace stemming. The blast furnace stemming is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of 1-3mm alumina, 5-8 parts of 0-1mm corundum, 10-15 parts of 0-1mm sillimanite, 8-15 parts of iron magnesium oxide, 8-13 parts of clay, 3-7 parts of cobalt aluminum oxide powder, 5-10 parts of cutting powder, 7-25 parts of graphite powder, 5-10 parts of composite carbon powder and 1-2 parts of medium temperature asphalt powder. According to the blast furnace stemming, the aperture of a tap hole can be protected and is not easily changed, and iron is stably tapped; and besides, the use performance and the operation performance of the blast furnace stemming are not degraded in a long-term storage process.
