Preparation method for flame-retardant foaming agent by utilizing waste bones
The invention relates to a preparation method for a flame-retardant foaming agent by utilizing waste bones, belonging to the field of flame-retardant materials. The method comprises the following steps: firstly removing residual meat on the surfaces of the waste bones and carrying out washing and cleaning, then placing the waste bones into a calcining furnace and carrying out calcination, then carrying out taking out and cooling to room temperature, and carrying out grinding into powder; then submerging the powder with a hydrochloric acid solution and adding hydrogen peroxide and pepsin, and carrying out stirring and filtering; then adding a sodium hydroxide solution into obtained filtrate, when no sediment is generated, stopping adding, carrying out uniform stirring, introducing carbon dioxide into the obtained solution, and adding sodium polyphosphate at the same time; carrying out aging, after aging is completed, adding lauric acid and secondary alkane sulphonate, carrying out stirring, heating and filtering, and drying obtained filtered matters; and finally, taking the substances like the filtered matters and high-viscosity attapulgite clay powder, and carrying out uniform mixing and stirring so as to obtain the flame-retardant foaming agent. The invention has the following beneficial effects: the use of the flame-retardant foaming agent is free of smoke, toxicity and halogen; the waste bones are fully utilized, so wastes are turned into treasures, and the environment is protected; and simple preparation steps and low cost are obtained.
