The invention discloses a permeable crystallization type concrete waterproofing agent, which is prepared from the following components by weight: 15-25 parts of sodium silicate, 3-6 parts of sodium methyl silicate, 1-5 parts of sodium alginate, 4-8 parts of gelatin, 1-5 parts of dodecyl ethoxy sulphobetaine, 1-3 parts of sodium carbonate, 1-4 parts of sodium citrate, 1-4 parts of triethanolamine, 2-10 parts of aluminum potassium sulfate, 2-6 parts of calcium sulfate, 1-3 parts of polyacrylamide, 1-6 parts of calcium lignosulphonate, 3-6 parts of carboxymethylcellulose, 2-5 parts of calcium hydroxide, 1-3 parts of boric acid, and 60-90 parts of water. The waterproofing agent disclosed by the invention has the advantages of good waterproof performance, durability and self-healing property, and low cost, and can be applied to waterproofing of roofing, basements, toilets and the like.
