The invention discloses a high-permeability waterproof agent. The waterproof agent is prepared from the following components, by weight ratio: 400-500 parts of sodium silicate, 2-8 parts of aluminium potassium sulfate, 1-5 parts of copper sulfate, 1-9 parts of zinc stearate, 1-9 parts of calcium stearate, 20-30 parts of diatomite, 2-6 parts of aluminium powder, 1-4 parts of poly aluminum ferric chloride, 2-5 parts of talcum powder, 2-3 parts of triethanolamine, 1-5 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, and 200-300 parts of water. The waterproof agent disclosed in the invention is large in depth of penetration and excellent in endurance quality, and is suitable for waterproofness of roofing, basements, toilets, and the like.
