According to the invention, reinforced plates are arranged on the surface of the parent metal, and therefore the surface rigidity and the strength of the composite sleeper are greatly improved, and the bearing capacity, the heavy load fatigue resistance and the shear resistance of the composite sleeper are greatly improved.
